1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LinguaLearn website (lingualearn.co.uk) and any digital products or subscription services ("Services") provided by LinguaLearn ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products include PDF language guides, travel planning packs, flashcard decks, and related downloadable materials. Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased materials for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, or make available our digital products to any third party without our prior written consent.

3. Subscription Services

Tutoring subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to tutoring sessions until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by our payment processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials, is the property of LinguaLearn and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing Law
