Refund Policy

Digital Products (Guides & Travel Packs)

We offer a 14-day refund on all digital product purchases, provided the product has not been downloaded. Once a PDF has been downloaded, the refund period no longer applies, as the digital content has been delivered.

To request a refund, email us at support@lingualearn.co.uk with your order reference number.

Subscription Services (Tutoring)

Tutoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account portal. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to tutoring sessions until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Partial refunds for the current month are not available

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from attending sessions, please contact us and we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
